Prior to your nutrition consultation, you will be asked to complete:

  • A food and lifestyle journal

  • Relevant client forms and health information

This allows Brooke to gain a deeper understanding of your current habits, routines, lifestyle factors, and overall wellbeing before your session.

During

Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes for your initial consultation.

During your session, you will:

  • Complete a comprehensive Client Intake Questionnaire

  • Discuss your current lifestyle, challenges, and wellbeing concerns

  • Clarify your personal health and wellness goals

  • Receive supportive guidance and tailored recommendations aligned with your goals

  • Explore practical strategies and realistic next steps

  • Discuss ongoing support options moving forward

After

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised Wellness Plan tailored specifically to your goals and individual needs.

Depending on your recommendations, your plan may include:

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Tailored meal plans

  • Recipes and shopping lists

  • Lifestyle recommendations

  • Stress-reduction and mindfulness practices

  • Recorded mindfulness or wellbeing resources

  • Sustainable habit-building strategies

You will also have the option to continue with additional accountability and support through fortnightly or monthly follow-up sessions.

Your Initial Wellness Consultation includes:

  • Two follow-up calls during your wellness plan timeframe for accountability and support

Wellness plans may be structured across different timeframes depending on your needs, including:

  • 7-day support plans

  • 2-week support plans

  • 6-week wellness plans

Consultation Investment

An initial payment of $140 is required at the time of booking your consultation.

A remaining balance of $100 is due upon delivery of your personalised Wellness Plan and accompanying resources.
