During

Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes for your initial consultation.

During your session, you will:

  • Complete a comprehensive Client Intake Questionnaire

  • Discuss your current lifestyle, challenges, and wellbeing concerns

  • Clarify your personal health and wellness goals

  • Receive supportive guidance and tailored recommendations aligned with your goals

  • Explore practical strategies and realistic next steps

  • Discuss ongoing support options moving forward

After

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised Wellness Plan tailored specifically to your goals and individual needs.

Depending on your recommendations, your plan may include:

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Tailored meal plans

  • Recipes and shopping lists

  • Lifestyle recommendations

  • Stress-reduction and mindfulness practices

  • Recorded mindfulness or wellbeing resources

  • Sustainable habit-building strategies

You will also have the option to continue with additional accountability and support through fortnightly or monthly follow-up sessions.
