Firstly, enrol and register your details for the 6-day mindfulness challenge on this page so that you can have immediate access to the challenge workbook! Set yourself up for the 6-days mindfulness journey by planning ahead!

Secondly, you will receive a user-friendly 9-page workbook with wellness resources, weekly mindfulness practices including breath work recordings to complete during the challenge. Once you receive your challenge workbook, you may like to print this for easy access and to record each daily practice - otherwise save it on your phone and complete the practices in your own journal.

Thirdly, decide when you will begin the challenge. Generally the beginning of a month is simple. Even better, share with a friend so that you can have added support!

Brooke will provide accountability throughout. Once you register Brooke will be in contact with you.

    Depending on when you join, there may be a ‘Live Community Call’. Please note this is only offered a limited amount of times per year.

  • No. You can access the workbook digitally via your phone and complete the practices anywhere, anytime. That is the beauty of this challenge.
