How does the challenge work?

 

Welcome to the 5 Days of Yoga Challenge!

Aim: The aim of this challenge is to complete 5 consecutive days of yoga. You may join us for the live class or watch the recording when best suits you that day. The recordings will be uploaded here on this page or you to access throughout this week only. Additionally, to increase the effects of your yoga practice for body and mind, you may wish to also complete the cleanse component. Please read more about this below.

Challenge objectives:

  • Feel lighter in your body and mind

  • Feel a sense of accomplishment having completed the challenge in correct timing, with

    consistency and discipline

  • Build strength in your body

  • Move and interact in your daily routine feeling more calm and relaxed

    Encourage you to further develop your yoga practice outside of the challenge Encourage a healthier mindset and positive attitude to situations
    Inspire you to pursue a daily routine consisting of yoga and healthy lifestyle

Additional cleanse options …

Cleanse (optional): You are invited to pick one of the following cleanse options or choose your own, to complete alongside your yoga practice. The aim of the cleanse is to work alongside the yoga component to enhance the benefits of your yoga for your whole body and mind. You may find doing a food cleanse makes you wake up better, help you do yoga early without feeling yucky, enhance your waking mood making you feel more positive, or even help you sleep better. 


Cleanse Options (optional):

  • Nutrition: No meat and/or dairy and/or

  • Nutrition: Celery juice each morning and/or

  • Nutrition: Intermittent fasting (no food consumption until 11am and after 7pm) (just fluids) and/or

    Nutrition: Min 2.5litres water per day and/or

  • Journaling: Daily gratitude journal morning or evening (sent back via message to Brooke) “Let go of negativity, enhance positivity” + accountability
