Refine & Align Wellness Immersion

Refine & Align Retreat has been created for the individual who wishes to recoup their wellness mid-year, fill their self-love cup, and leave feeling inspired in all things wellness in preparation for Spring/Summer. This is a 10-hour retreat with the option to stay overnight.

The schedule for this retreat will follow from 7am-5pm. Food/beverage included.

On this retreat you will experience:

  • A welcoming elixir and circle to open the retreat

  • Yoga alignment workshop to refine your yoga postures, technique and alignment

  • Ayurvedic Nutrition Workshop where you will identify your body type and recommended dietary guidelines alongside a practical ‘Build Your Own’ Soul Bowl based on your unique body constitution. You will also receive a copy of the Soul Bowls Recipe E-book (printed).

  • 2-hour Restorative Yoga with Acu-pressure Massage and Reiki Healing leaving you feeling rejuvenated and aligned.

  • Yearly Reflection and Intention Journaling session to reflect on the year and create your intentions for 2024.

  • 2-hour Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation to wind down of an evening alongside receiving a ‘Wellness Practices for Sleep’ workbook in which you can use on the retreat.

  • Refine your breathing with this Pranayama Breath-work Workshop exploring the 4 Pranayama Techniques to Enhance Vitality and Activate Chi Energy.

  • All nutritious vegan and vegetarian meals, alongside iced teas, herbal teas and snacks including raw treats to tantalise your taste buds.

  • Cold water and Sauna Immersion experiences

Welcome to your 6-day Mindfulness Challenge! Over the coming days, you'll implement six different mindfulness practices along with a challenge for each. These tools are handpicked to help you build resiliency, stress less, and improve your overall well-being.

Some of these practices include links and videos to guided practices I have hand-picked for you to gain the most out of the challenge template!

During the daily interactive zoom calls you will receive the daily challenge practice virtually delivered in-person which will make completing your daily practices much easier! This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions, hear what others have to say and engage with the rest of the community.

Begin at anytime and there is nothing other than this workbook that you will need throughout the 6-days - so you can do this anywhere and at anytime! You are welcome to send me an email once you completed the challenge to share your progress! I would love to hear how you progressed.
