Peach & Pecan Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

6 fl oz. (180ml) almond milk, unsweetened

5.8 oz. (165g) Greek yogurt

1 peach, chopped, frozen

½ banana

0.5 oz. (15g) pecans

2 tbsp. rolled oats

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

pinch of sea salt

What You Need To Do

  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
